Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by Norwich Boiler Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the customer (“you,” “your”). Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. We reserve the right to review all requests and determine eligibility based on whether the service was performed in accordance with professional standards. Where eligible, refunds may be full or partial at our discretion. Services completed to industry standards are not refundable. We aim to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly, in accordance with this Policy and applicable UK law.
