Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Norwich Boiler Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the customer (“you,” “your”). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
We provide boiler installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair. All work is carried out by qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers in accordance with industry standards.

2. Quotations and Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

A deposit may be required before commencement of work.

Payment is due upon completion unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out charge.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as engineer illness or supply chain issues.

4. Guarantees and Warranties

We provide a 12-month guarantee on workmanship.

Parts and boilers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; terms vary depending on the manufacturer.

Guarantees do not cover faults caused by misuse, neglect, third-party interference, or pre-existing system defects.

5. Liability

We take all reasonable care when providing services.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of earnings, business interruption, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, supply shortages, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
